The most pathetic experience ever. This is a company full of liars & cheaters. They dont have any transport of their own, rather they further hire other companies to transport the goods. Hence the responsibility becomes not theirs. They not only send the cartons completely crushed & Damaged, the food items were eaten by the rats. Its disgusting to think, that in wat conditions they work in. Even some items were stolen from our cartons. After waiting for more than a month for them to replace the broken items they say they cannot do anything. They make sure they dont let u speak & start getting dirty on words from the beginning. They not only ask the money, they threaten my husband that they will send 4 people to our house & they will get their money. this is a company of GUNDAS of mumbai. Please deal at your own risk. would not recommend for the families. Only if u want to be harassed & tortured & lied upon. Sincere & law abiding citizens please beware.
