MLG International was one vendor responding to an RFQ for jute tote bags with a printed heat transfer panel on 2 sides. Amit Jaiswal is the sales manager, and I dealt with him directly. Amit Jaiswal sent me photos of excellent quality samples. I then ordered samples to be made. I paid $USD270 for 20 samples to be made and sent. Amit Jaiswal was then very difficult to contact. MLG International took a very long time to complete 20 simple jute tote bags. Quality of the heat transfer print was suddenly terrible. I told Amit Jaiswal they were not acceptable. He asked me to accept the terrible samples made to date, and that the rest would be better. I declined this. The quality received was very poor. Heat transfer panels poorly bonded to the jute, cracked and flaking. The bags weren't even made to the specification I sent to MLG International - too small. Amit Jaiswal has not responded to many messages requesting a refund. I will never use this vendor.
